Transportation: Collection of the goods ordered, from the manufacturers and transportation of those goods to our store with care and then to the airport after carefully packing.
Custom Clearance : Custom clearance is done and made sure that the goods are properly dispatched on the first flight and plausible flight available. As per the choice of our customers, the booking of airliner and mode of transport is done.
Communication: We are well-furnished with modern communication system to inform our customers about the latest development and shipment status of the goods.

Packaging materials:

= = Carton Boxes for all garment Items.
= = Jute & Plastic ( Carton box with plastic inside and jute-wrapping outside)
= = Wooden boxes for all the handicraft and fragile items.
= = air bubble sheets, cutting paper & foam for all the handicraft and fragile items.
= = Stretch wrap film for air shipments as required.

Packing the goods

Handicraft goods are wrapped in a ir bubble sheets, cutting paper & foam with cardboard to be safe from external damage. To prevent wrinkles, thin cotton clothes are folded from inside of carton. We fold and pack the woolen products into the cartoon box with inside plastic & out side wrapping by jutes. Every fragile item is wrapped individually in bubble sheet, foam and placed inside the wooden box which has label "handle with care".
The books are packed into the strong cartons, which are lined with polythene from inside and wrapping outside by jutes.

Other articles are packed according to the requirements, but our primary concern while packing for air shipment is not only safety of the goods but also to keep the weight of the shipment at minimum, hence we palletize the shipment and surround it with metal film, to provide safety to the goods, as well as keep the weight of the goods at minimum.

Storage of Goods (Warehouse Service)
The goods are carefully stored at our ware-house to ensure a safe and damage-free delivery at the destination. The special features are:

Our ware-house is well ventilated with regular fumigation to ensure the protection from pests and other insects.
To prevent wrinkles, cotton clothes are folded into cartons.
All the goods in our ware-house are well insured against fire, theft and etc.
We keep the commodities which might taint or affects the other goods are kept totally separately.
We do not accept dangerous and hazardous commodities into our ware-house.

Express Courier Service

We provide Express courier services at home delivery within a few days of urgent shipments, packages, gifts, parcels, valuable goods and documents, to any destination of the world.
